This is my first zine written about artists and cultural institutions based in New York City. I remember feeling fed up with people talking down about The Bronx, especially without ever having visited. I decided to sit down and start writing all the people, places, and things I loved about my borough. Here is my first flower of that initial planted seed. I plan to make three more versions for this series including more local shops and a new round of what I come to discover. Thank you for reading!
